Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, dark rosy red with strikingly active effervescent. Rose petals and slight minty aromas. Very light body, bubbly mouth-feel; fresh, dry, tart fruit taste. Both the fruit and bubbly feel continue through the medium-length finish. This is a wine that grows on you…we had it first at a wine store tasting and liked it, but drinking alone it was a VERY GOOD sparkling Rosé and just got better with each sip!!!. FANTASTICALLY REFRESHING, dry and VERY light… not heavy & sweet like many Prosecco’s at this price point and it was full of flavor from the first sip to the end of the finish. Two thumbs up from me, a unique sparkling Rosé that gets a strong recommendation.

She said: Rosie red color, translucent, widely spaced, medium thick, steadily moving legs. Refreshing and delicious are the first words that come to mind with the first sip and were true right through to the finish. The aroma and flavor are mild but juicy and the mouth-feel is full of effervescence. It is dry, smooth, and flavorful right into the long finish and a delight to drink especially on a warm day. This is the kind of wine I would grab for any occasion and would be tasty with almost anything. A bargain sparkling Rosé at $13.50 and a definite buy again wine.
