Tasting:

He said: Chilled before opening. Fairly dark clear salmon color. Forest floor and strawberry and red current aromas. Medium body and a delicious dry, VERY (in bold caps) fruity taste that ends with a crisp medium-long slightly mineral finish. An excellent balance of sweetness and acidity. Smooth as silk, loaded with flavor and refreshing. GREAT Rosé at a Bargain price.

She said: Pale mercurochrome color, clear with widely spaced irregular legs that were slow moving and hard to find. Slight berry aroma was followed by fruity flavor and smooth creamy texture on the palate. With medium long finish it was a bargain wine at $12.60. Our dinner was a humble soup and the wine elevated it to something special. I would but it again in a flash!
