Tasting:

He said: Served at room temperature. Medium salmon color. Very strong smoke and damp earth aromas. Strong, almost creamy, tart fruit, melon and mineral taste and an outstanding flavorful medium-long finish. This is a MEMORABLE Rosé. It’s dry and full of delicious flavor. The first tasting was very good with the Thanksgiving turkey dinner; but the second tasting was OUTSTANDING with the smoked ham, baked beans and slaw. It was great to sip after both dinners. This is sensational wine at a GREAT price!!!

She said: Delicious! We served this first with a turkey dinner but I preferred a Gewurztraminer and did not give it its due. With the ham dinner and especially after the dinner as a sipping wine it was outstanding! The strong bouquet is long lasting and leads to a silky, delicate, dry and delicious taste with a medium finish. As good as it was with the ham dinner I preferred it alone. Don’t chill it! Room temperature is perfect. Fabulous wine! I would buy it again in a flash.
