Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear, light salmon color. A very nice combination of strawberry, citrus and rose floral aromas. Tart and inviting mouthfeel, light body and a 150-grit texture. Strawberry, California grapefruit, tart lemon and just a tiny touch of peppery spice flavors. Plenty of bright acidity and a long tart fruit tasting finish that ends with just a hint of spiciness. In a nutshell it was lighter than most French Rosé, but it had refreshing acidity, interesting flavors and was a perfect late evening sipping wine. We called it a very nice easy drinking and refreshing Rosé.
