Tasting:
He said: Dark ruby red color. Very nice dark berries and cherry bouquet that continues into the taste. The dry finish with lots of acidity dominates the taste. Ridge calls this “lively acidity”, for me it was way to dominant.
She said: Very dark red. Very fragrant aroma with cherry flavor that followed through into the medium long finish. Dry, medium body and somewhat acid taste. Nice Zinfandel but have had better for less money.
