Tasting:

Just a little side note: we purchased this on our first of two visits to Sidney, Australia while on a world cruise . On our second visit we purchased four more bottles. It was pretty special wine!!!
She said: Deep red color, translucent, numerous legs with speedy decent. Dusty fruit aroma leads to a luscious fruity taste. With medium body, the wine is dry, smooth and has soft tannins and a medium long finish. The wine was opened one hour ahead but seemed to become more supple as time went by. Very nice pairing! The peppered tuna was over cooked but the wine saved the meal. The pepper on the tuna, together with its flavor combined beautifully with the wine. I’m not a lover of pinot noir, but this one really grabs me. Open it ahead and give it a chance to breath, it will reward you. Excellent sipping wine too!
Comments: Purchased in a Sidney, Australia wine shop and consumed in the Britannia Restaurant on board the Cunard Queen Mary 2.
