Tasting:

He said: Opened 30-minutes before drinking. Dark ruby color with a brownish rim. Strong blackberry, dark fruit and leather aromas. SMOOTH, dry luscious fresh fruit taste that finishes with soft tannins and dry fruit that goes on and on. In a word, OUTSTANDING. Wonderful balance, fantastic mid-palate flavors and VERY, VERY long delicious finish. A superb red Burgundy.

She said: Garnet red color and opaque. The aroma was fragrant with an almost perfume like scent. On the palette the wine was dry, flavorful, and smooth with pleasant tannins that persisted into the long finish. Its delicacy and subtle refinement made it outstanding.
