Tasting:

He said: Opened 15-minutes before drinking. Clear, ruby red color. Damp earth, red berries and a touch of fresh floral aromas. Rich fruit taste and a long finish that continues the smooth delicious acidity and dry dusty blueberry flavor. WOW,WOW,WOW…fantastic alone, simply perfect with the Morbier cheese. A FANTASTIC Italian red that’s a true bargain and way better than its price suggests!!!

She said: Ruby red color, slightly opaque, lots of thin rapidly moving legs. Very aromatic, this wine made a great impression right off the bat and continued to impress. Although the body was on the light side, the flavor was good and the tannins excellent, so the mouth-feel was almost chewy. The finish was long with tannins dominating. This was a great wine for $14 and I recommend it and would buy it again in a flash.
