Tasting:

Opened one hour before drinking. Clear, dark ruby with a substantial purple tint and a light purple rim. Very nice musty raspberry and juicy fruit aromas. A lively, fresh and gritty mouthfeel, medium to full body and a 60-grit texture. Lots of blackberry, plum and black olive flavors. Mildly edgy acidity, very well integrated dusty tannins and a long mineral and slightly spicy finish. WOW, fantastic texture with intense fruit tastes. This was one of those wines that just got better and better as we sipped…the next bottle will be decanted. We called it an OUTSTANDING Grenache Blend.
