Tasting:

Opened 90-minutes before drinking. Dark ruby color with a light purple rim. Cherry, raspberry, classic green pepper, damp hay and whiffs of dill aromas. Smooth, intoxicating, fruity, medium body and a 400-grit texture. Dusty fruit – raspberry, cherry and a touch of strawberry flavors, lots and lots of well balanced bright acidity and round edged leathery tannins that all continue through a long slightly mineral finish that ends with an upturn of licorice. WOW, every drop was luscious, mouth-watering and didn’t change from the first sip to the last. SPECTACULAR Cab Franc that was an exceptional value. This was classic Cabernet Franc that every wine drinker should enjoy!!!
