Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Crystal clear, golden color. Strong ripe apple with lesser amounts of citrus blossom aromas. Smooth, very approachable, medium body that had a light mouth-feel and 400-grit texture. Baked apple, apricot, dusty mineral water and tart tropical fruit flavors, but with a substantial nutty character. Fresh acidity and a very long limey mineral and yeasty tasting finish. Outstanding paired with the dinner, but an excelling sipping wine too. Very refreshing Viognier.
