Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, very, very pale yellow color. Lemon/citrus aroma with light hints of damp earth. Strong, tart citrus and a little green apple taste that ends fresh, somewhat crisp, slightly dry and very refined. It starts medium-bodied and ends refreshingly light. Excellent paired with the seared tuna. Two thumbs up from me on this one. Lots of lemon zest, but spring-time refreshing too. VERY NICE California Sauvignon Blanc that’s a good value.

She said: Clear, light lemon yellow color. Very mild citrus aroma was the supple prelude to a strong lemony flavor. Medium-light body was accompanied by a smooth, mildly dry, velvety mouth-feel and long finish that was full of flavor. Delicious with the tuna, I would not hesitate to buy this wine again for a seared tuna dinner
