Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear, wheat straw color. Strong aromas of: fresh vegetables, hay cut in the rain, citrus, apple and honeysuckle. Silky smooth, slightly spicy and lush mouthfeel, solid medium body and a 400-grit texture. Very strong flavors of Granny Smith apple, lemon and honeydew melon. Wonderful crisp acidity and a long mouth-filling finish that had lots of mineral and just a touch of clove in the aftertaste. From the first sniff of the very herbaceous bouquet through rich mineral and fruit tastes this was an invigorating, sassy and sophisticated white wine. It was a perfect pairing with the Thai Chicken and superb sipping without food after the dinner. We called it OUTSTANDING Grenache blanc and can’t wait to have more!!!.
