Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, very, very light wheat straw color. Citrus and heavy floral aromas. Lots of delicious acidity with a citrus/lemon and tropical fruit taste and a long mineral finish that carries the zippy acidity on and on. Wonderful with the salad…and probably with most food. A FANTASTIC versatile wine that should be in everyone’s wine cellar. A GREAT Vouvray wine at a GREAT price!!!

She said: Clear, pale yellow color. Our salad soared to new heights because of this wine! With its notable acidity the wine complemented the dressing and made the taste buds sing. The floral aroma and flavor was accompanied by a smooth light mouth-feel and a long tasty finish. This was a dynamite wine with the dinner and I would recommend it and buy it again in a flash. Ray, I hope you hear me!
