Tasting:

Chilled before opening. Clear, oat straw color. Strong vanilla, green apple and citrus fruit aromas. Silky smooth, approachable, fresh and refreshing, polished body with a 200-grit texture. Intertwined vanilla, tart apple and lively lime against a background of fresh cut (uncooked) Kieffer pear flavors. With a growing taste at mid-palate it shines with crisp acidity and lots of underlying mineral all the way through a long tart finish that ends with an upturn of vanilla. Absolutely DELICIOUS…fantastic paired with the tuna and scrumptious sipping without food after the dinner. OUTSTANDING “New California” Chardonnay.
