He said: (First Pairing) Dark ruby red color. Strong cherry/mineral bouquet. Wonderful dry, ripe cherry taste that extends into a long finish with hints of red berries, spice and herbs. Crisp, elegant balance and complex flavors. This is an outstanding Pinot Noir and the quality is well worth the price. (Second Pairing) The only difference from the first pairing was the second bottle had a light cherry bouquet.

She said: (First Pairing) Strong cherry aroma, a long lasting flavor. Medium body, medium dry firm tannins. This is my kind of Pinot Noir with its flavor and tannins! (Second Pairing) Light bouquet, flovorful taste with hints of oak and ripe cherries that last int the finish. Dry, medium bodied and firm tannins. A VERY nice Pinot Noir!
