Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear, light wheat straw color and the glass was covered with bubbles. Zesty tropical fruit, citrus and apple aromas with just a whiff of honeysuckle. Smooth, tangy, almost off-dry and with just the slightest spritz in the mouthfeel, medium to full body and a 200-grit texture. Lots of lemon, sweet mandarin orange and just a glimmer of nutmeg flavors mixed with a mineral background. Nice bright acidity that really lifts the substantial body and a long tangy lemon tasting finish. WOW, quite a unique combination of flavors and there is a tonic taste that almost goes to sweet, but ends bitter. WOW, a very fresh, crisp and REFRESHING Italian White wine. We called it a stunning summer white wine and a great value!!!
