Tasting:

He said: Crystal clear, light greenish straw color. A tad sweet and ripe citrus aromas. Strong tart citrus and green apple taste. Long finish with lots of flavor and lingering crisp, dry acidity. This is a very fruity wine without any sweetness. At $9.00 it’s delicious, has lots of character and a GREAT value…it’s clearly a quality wine at a bargain price…run, don’t walk to find this one!!!

She said: The dinner was a go together affair that evolved as I cooked and saw things I could use. It was spicier than I wanted but still good with this wine. From the first sniff of the bouquet to the full flavored taste the wine was all about green apple, although the label on the bottle says citrus. Even the color had a hint of appealing green. Semi dry and smooth as silk this is a tasty, wonderful wine that fills the mouth with flavor that lasts into a long finish. A great bargain at $9.00. The light fruitiness of the flavor is very refreshing with the spiciness of the dinner and I hope I can recreate the dinner in the future to complement this wonderful wine.
