Tasting:

He said: Chilled before opening. Very light wheat straw color. Light mellon and spring breezes with hints of citrus in the aroma. Smooth, somewhat creamy mouth feel and a silky mineral taste with just a tad of tartness in the medium-long finish. This is a WOW, WOW, WOW, and the “Best Buy” we have found so far on the ship. So delicious and easy drinking. WONDERFUL sipping alone before dinner and OUTSTANDING with the chicken. This is a GREAT buy and a MEMORABLE WINE…I’m jumping up and down in my black tie tux!!! This is a wine we will have often.

She said: Slight citrus aroma is followed by pleasantly strong mineral taste. Medium to light body is accompanied by enough acidity to give the wine crispness. The finish is long and ends on a slightly bitter note. Smooth and well balanced this wine is very pleasant sipping and delicious with the chicken. Right now I consider it the best buy on the ship.
