Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Light wheat straw color. Very enticing lemon and citrus aromas. Approachable, zesty, dry, light body with an 800-grit texture. Powerful lemon flavor with just a smidgen of fresh Golden Delicious apple set in an elegant and sumptuous mineral solution. Crisp acidity, and a long mineral-filled finish. WOW, WOW what a light refreshing white wine. Strong flavors that both satisfy and tempt another sip. Lots of depth and flavor that become a FANTASTICALLY REFRESHING white blend. There was quite a dramatic change between the first and last pour…it was fresh and crisp when cold and as it warmed the crispiness became more subtle and the richness of the flavors sparkled with lemon zest and apple. OUTSTANDING white blend that’s a GREAT value and a textbook four thumbs up wine.
