Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear bright cherry color. Light cherry and grape aromas. Smooth, lightly effervescent and decadent sweet mouthfeel, light body and a 400-grip texture. Sumptuous black cherry and raspberry with very light lemon flavor. Light acidity, perceptible tannins and a short adult soda pop like finish. This has to be the easiest drinking wine ever and it could be hazardous at a hot summer afternoon party!!! This was so different from the wines we normally purchase…we felt like it should have come out of a coke machine. With the exception of dessert wines, we simply don’t like sweet drinks; we don’t drink Coke and we like our wine dry. With all that said it was alluring, refreshing and delightful sweet cherry flavored wine that every “White Zin” drinker should clamber to get.
