Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear, with just a slight pink tint. Fresh citrus, raspberry, strawberry and melon aromas with occasional whiffs of apricot. Smooth, dusty mineral mouthfeel, medium body and a 200-grit texture. Energetic lemon, green bell pepper, apple and honey dew melon flavors with just a touch of peppery spice. Lots of bright acidity and a long slightly bitter fruit and mineral finish that ends with a chalky aftertaste. WOW a surprise because it was better than we expected…we originally had this at a Rose tasting at the Undercurrent Restaurant, but it was much better than we remembered. It was filled with mouth-watering dryness, lively fresh fruit, VERY refreshing and the touch of mineral in the finish that really made it a winner. A SUPER value Rose from Southern France.
