Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, dark salmon color. Damp earth, strawberry, raspberry and fresh spring breeze aromas. Smooth, chalky mineral and strawberry taste that continues through a VERY long finish. OUTSTANDING rose…VERY delicious, full of flavors and the mineral is to die for. GREAT Rosé (in Bold Caps) and two thumbs up from me. This is a quality wine that’s a fantastic value.

She said: If you are not wowed by the color then you must be color blind, but even if you are not this wine does not disappoint. Deep salmon pink in color, the wine had a strong aroma with floral and strawberry. The aroma develops into a full strawberry taste and is complemented by a medium body and long dry finish. It went well with all the cheeses and the garlic, but is substantial enough to have with dinner. I recommend this wine as a great buy and would purchase it again in a flash for a dinner wine or sipping without food.
