Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, sparkling Salmon color. Wonderful Grenache and ripe strawberry aromas. Very smooth, dry and refreshing light body; strawberry, raspberry and watermelon taste that carries through the long, very slightly bitter finish that’s loaded with fabulous mineral. GREAT Rose!!! FANTASTIC clean, crisp, freshness; perfect dry dusty limestone mineral; and so refreshing. Very nice pairing with the spicy, but not hot, curry and very pleasant drinking alone after the dinner. GREAT Rose that’s a VERY GOOD value.

She said: Light peach color, clear, a few irregular very slow moving legs. Fabulous strong fruity aroma sets the stage for a mouth-feel that is full of flavor, dry, refreshing, light and smooth. A tart flavor creeps in as the wine passes into the throat but disappears as quickly. The finish continues the flavors developed in the mouth and ends with a symphony of delicious tastes. The wine went well with the lamb curry but not so well with the brown rice or apples. Sipped alone, it was delicious and I would buy it again just for sipping as well as with the curry. Although not quite in our bargain price range it was a quality wine at $16.20
