Tasting:

He said: 1st Tasting: Very dark red color. Dark fruit bouquet. Overflowing grapey taste with lots of leather and hints of smoky scents and licorice; and a long dry finish that carries the leather taste on and on. The intense flavor and wonderful long finish is just OUTSTANDING…a VERY good value Syrah.

2nd Tasting: VERY good with the chicken tacos. The medium/full body andf the fruit taste is so intense that you can chew the wine. This is a Syrah with perfect balance. Buy this wine for strong flavored meals and you are going to pair with wine perfectly.

She said: 1st Tasting: From the first sniff of the bouquet this dark red wine promised a taste treat and it did not disappoint. Flavorful, medium dry with medium body and firm tannins that lasted into the super long finish. Good with the chili but even better sipping afterwards. A good buy at $14.

2nd Tasting: Don’t wait to have a spicy dinner to have this wine, our favorite wine expert recommended this for chili, but it was equally good with tacos or sipping after. YUM. It has all the characteristics I love; fruity bouquet and flavor, medium bodied, with tannins that last well into the finish. A sip of this wine goes a long way because the flavor is so good and lasts such a long time that you don’t need to drink a lot to have a great experience. This is a great Syrah at a great price.
