Tasting:

He said: Reddish-purple color. Light but complex bouquet of black cherries and mushroom that loses some intensity sitting in the glass. Nicely balanced taste of cherry with a hint of oak, and a refreshing lift of acidity in the finish. This is a VERY drinkable Pinot Noir, and at $16.09 it’s a good buy.

She said: Garnet color. Strong fruit and berry aroma, dry, medium body, with firm subtle tannins. Medium length finish with light flavor. Very respectable Pinot Noir for $16.00

Comments: With the chocolate cake this was as smooth as silk.
