Tasting:

He said: Opened 30-minutes before drinking. Dark purple color, slightly opaque. VERY STRONG damp earth, mushroom cave, smoke and wet leather aromas. Powerful and intense smoky, juicy, ripe blackberry and black current taste that goes on and on through a finish that has mouth-filling tannins, mineral and a burst of fruit flavor at the very end. WOW, this was a rich wine that was flavorful from the first sniff to the long after-taste. An OUTSTANDING Malbec and a SUPER value at $15!!!

She said: Very dark ruby color, opaque, lots of thin moderately moving legs. If you like aroma and lots of flavor this is a wine you should taste! From start to finish the barnyard aroma came on strong and led to an equally strong fruit flavor that slowly is taken over by the slightly grippy tannins that last onto the long finish. Dry and smooth, the mouth experience is great. At $15 this is a bargain wine; you will seek wide and far to match this flavor and aroma. I love it!
