Tasting:
He said: Ruby red color. Light bouquet with a hint of fruit. Just okay dark berry flavor with a wonderful dry earthy finish. There is just a tiny taste of tannins at the end of the finish. This isn’t great, but it’s a very drinkable wine with a wonderful finish.
She said: Fruity bouquet, medium body, little flavor but slight acid taste. Dry long finish.
Comments: Because of its light taste this would have paired better with very bland food.
