He said: Opened 30-minutes before drinking. Opaque, very dark garnet color with a purple rim. Light fruit aromas. Rich, concentrated spicy ripe fruit taste that continues through the smooth, long finish. WOW, Good grip in the tannins, lots of delicious acidity and a silky fruit and mineral finish. GREAT Douro and at only $14.40 it’s a Quality wine at a Bargain price. This is a wine with lots of Character that’s an OUTSTANDING value.

She said: From the first earthy sniff I knew this wine had great potential and I was not disappointed. With a mouth-filling taste, full body and dryness it was a delight to the palate. Agreeable tannins added to the experience and lasted well into the medium-long finish. Definitely a delicious wine, and at this price and I recommend it as a bargain. It is full of flavor, body and tannins that make my heart sing and I loved every sip.
