Tasting:

He said: Opened one hour before drinking. Clear, dark garnet color. LOTS of ripe cherries and leather aromas. Intense fruit taste with dry firm tannins that go on and on in the long spicy finish. WOW, what a great juicy California red…”New World” yes, but it’s a SUPERB bargain wine. VERY FRUITY and easy drinking. Absolutely FANTASTIC with nibbles of Asiago cheese.

She said: Dark red color, opaque, thin speedy legs. Great aroma full of berry flavors followed by a mouthful of flavors so juicy you might think you were in juice heaven. Smooth, dry, and medium bodied, the wine had nice tannins that lasted in the tasty finish. I would call it a typical big bold New World wine and I love it. Great with the cheese and I wish the bottle would never go empty.
