Tasting:

He said: Slightly chilled before drinking. Clear, light oat straw color. Over ripe apple and fresh tropical fruit aromas. Mouth-filling, smooth and crisp fruitiness in the taste; it starts slightly tart and ends with just the slightest hint of bitterness and a finish that just goes on and on with just a touch of mineral. It’s a WOW and one of the best wines on the trip!!! Abundant spice, juicy fruit, dry as a bone and a VERY long finish. OUTSTANDING Austrian Grüner Veltliner.

She said: Greenish yellow, clear, few slow moving legs. Great aromatic bouquet with hints of floral. Lots of flavor, smooth, dry and almost creamy. With medium body and flavorful finish the wine was very delicious with the meal. GREAT wine!
