Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, salmon color. Light mushroom, damp earth and strawberry aromas. VERY smooth and creamy mouth-feel. Ripe strawberry and tropical fruit taste with a slight tartness that ends in a long finish that has nice fresh acidity and lots of mineral. Wonderful alone, but improved with the bites of Asiago cheese. DELICIOUS Rosé that easily goes into our category of a Quality wine at a Bargain price.

She said: Orange pink color, clear, with lots of speedy thin legs. Mild aroma and creamy fruity flavor are the words that first pop into my mind to describe this wine. The wine is smooth and tasty with a slight bit of bitterness in the finish that adds to the interest. I enjoyed it with the cheese but suspect that there is a better paring as the wine is some what luscious and needs a food that better complements it. This was really a sipping wine for us and did a great job but I think it could do more. I would buy it again and think it is a bargain wine at $14.
