Tasting:

Opened one hour before drinking. Clear ruby color with the same color rim. Earthy cherry and plum aromas with hints of peppery spice. Smooth entry, dry, spicy and invigorating mouthfeel, light body and 150-grit texture. Sour cherry, lots of fresh herbs, licorice and grilled meat flavors. Plenty of edgy acidity, quite soft well integrated tannins with a tart fruit and tar tasting finish. WOW, WOW, WOW, what a FANTASTIC red table wine. In the 1 liter bottle at only $18 it easily goes into our Quality wine at a Bargain price category and is one of the best value “week night” red wines we have had in a long time. We called it a delicious and versatile red wine that’s a FANTASTIC value.
