The Office of United States Trade Representative in a dispute between Airbus and Boeing has requested comments on proposed tariffs to be placed on many products currently being imported into the United States from European countries. This proposal includes up to 100% additional tariffs on bottles of European wine.
The Federal Rulemaking comment period for these additional tariffs is open until January 13, 2020. Comments can be submitted using traditional mail or electronic submissions.
