Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear, very light oat straw color. Pleasant lemon and lime dominated aroma with hints of fresh cut grass, green pepper and ocean salt spray. Silky smooth, fresh and vibrant mouthfeel, medium body and lots of 100-grit texture. Lemon, tart quince and fresh fig flavors. Plenty of crisp acidity and a very long lively and captivating lemon and green herb finish that ends with a trace of mineral in the aftertaste. WOW, a delicate Sauvignon Blanc with a perfect combination of flavor and texture. It really uplifted the omelet supper and was simply a delight sipping without food after the dinner. We loved it and gave it an unconditional recommendation. This was filled with Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc character and it’s a great value too.
