Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, very light oat straw color. Abundant ripe apple and fresh sourdough yeast aromas. Elegant and fresh with an easy drinking light body. Apple and citrus flavors, lots of dry dusty mineral and fresh acidity that carries through the long finish. Fantastic with the salad, but the mineral character really makes it a great sipping wine, actually a little salty cheese would pair perfectly. At only $13.50 it’s a steal of a deal!!! A two thumbs up from me on this one. Simply a GREAT Loire Valley Muscadet that’s a SUPER value…a true Quality wine at a Bargain price.

She said: Clear, pale yellow lemon color. Get ready for a great experience with this one! Wonderful apple fragrance prepares the palate for a smooth, pleasantly ascetic mouth feel that was light, dry, crisp and refreshing. The long finish had a citrus tang that went perfectly with the salad and enhance the flavors of the vegetables and dressing while balancing the saltiness of the feta cheese. If Ray had not been at dinner with me I would have easily finished the whole bottle myself!!! A great easy drinking, very refreshing bargain wine at $13.50…I’d recommend it and buy it again in a flash.
