Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, very light lemon yellow color. Apple, citrus and crushed slate/shale aromas (and some spring fruit blossoms too). Powerful dry, mineral, pear, pineapple and mild spice taste. Followed by a long dry finish with LOTS and LOTS of mineral. This is clearly a WOW wine. Complex bouquet, delicious fruit and mineral taste, perfect balance and succulent flavors that stay with you for a VERY, VERY long time. I’ve got both thumbs up for this one and it gets a STRONG positive recommendation.

She said: A delightful floral aroma greets the nostrils and is followed by a medium bodied and mouth full of flavor that’s dry and well balanced. The finish is extra long and continues the floral notes ending with a touch of mineral. Delicious with the dinner, except the cranberry sauce, and a very good buy at $19. This is definitely a “have again ” wine (Ray, I hope you hear me).
