Tasting:

He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, light oat straw color. Apricot, honey and hints of tropical flower blossom aromas. Silky smooth mouth-feel, melon, pear and hints of vanilla flavors, long chalky mineral character in the finish. WOW, WOW, WOW this was a special white Burgundy. So fresh and light…yet quite gutsy, delicious supple flavors and such an expressive long finish. This is what MEMORABLE white Burgundy is all about. A FANTASTIC Chardonnay that’s an experience to drink!!!

She said: Clear, light golden color. Fabulously smooth, this Chardonnay delivers a light, slightly sweet aroma that leads to mineral flavors that go on into the long finish and even remain as an aftertaste. The medium body had a slightly creamy note and was deliciously crisp. Very well-balanced, the wine was especially good paired with the pesto but was also good sipping. An outstanding wine at $50.
