Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear, dark oat straw color. Yeasty dough, apple, pumpkin and cinnamon aromas with hints of the distinctive fragrance of Queen Anne’s lace (Daucus carota). Strong and long-lasting (fine) effervesce, soft, slightly creamy, solid medium body and a 400-grit texture. Strong flavors of ripe apple and pumpkin intertwined with fresh bread right out of the oven; soft acidity and a long apple, doughy and very sightly citrus-tinged finish with a mineral ending. Very refreshing sparkling wine with just enough fruit and spice to make it captivating. An EXCELLENT value sparkling wine from Savoie.
