He said: Chilled before opening. Clear, dark rosie-red color. Rich strawberry and red fruit aromas. Delicious, thirst-quenching fruit and mineral taste that continues on through a long finish that has a nice crisp acidity. WOW, VERY smooth mouth-feel, VERY flavorful and just enough dry, tart saltiness to entice another sip. Fantastic Rosé

She said: What do you think about peanut butter on crackers paired with rose? It is certainly not everyone’s choice but before you reject the idea try it. When Ray brought out this very delicious rose I was ravenous and decided on crunchy peanut butter with my favorite wheat stone ground crackers sprinkled with sesame seeds. What a great pairing; absolutely delicious! True, the wine is superb alone and would be delicious with just about anything, or alone! It has a wonderfully creamy smooth feel on the pallet with gentle flavors of sweet fruits. The finish is long, delicate and tasty and teases the palate, begging to be sipped again. Expensive? Yes, but well worth the price.
