Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear, unusual bright cherry red color. Musty cherry aromas. Fruity, dry, chalky, light body and a 150-grit texture. Powerful tart cherry, raspberry and pomegranate flavors; fresh acidity; soft tannins and a long dusty mineral finish. It was easy drinking with very fresh and lively attributes, rousing mouthfeel and a delectable minerality…that all result in a wonderful summer Rosé!!! Excellent with our casual menu and equally good sipping on the patio after the dinner.
