Paired With: White fish baked in basil marinara sauce over linguine in oil and garlic sauce. Green peas, and cucumber salad with rice vinegar dressing.

Tasting:

    He said: Medium red color. Very slight alcohol bouquet. Dry, fruity plum taste with a medium-long dry earthy finish. The earthy taste to the finish paired this wine well with the marinara sauce. I would describe it as “Okay Chianti”.

    She said: Slight alcohol bouquet; full body with (typically Chianti) slight flavor; not very dry; with a medium pleasant finish.
