Tasting:

Opened one hour before drinking. Clear, ruby color with the same color rim. Rich damp earth, leather and lots of red fruit aromas. Wow…smooth, dry, somewhat juicy and approachable mouthfeel, medium body and a 200-grit texture. NICE mineral intertwined with cherry, raspberry and strawberry fruit flavors with ephemeral tastes of pepper and clove spices. Well balanced bright acidity, soft tannins and a long lively fruit and spice finish that that went on and on with a fresh and lively aftertaste. This was a real WOW wine. Easy drinking, elegant and noteworthy. We called it a FANTASTIC value Spanish red.
