Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear dark wheat straw color. Dominant pear and apple with secondary aromas of orange blossom, lemon and macadamia nuts. Smooth, somewhat intense and slightly waxy mouthfeel, 150-grit texture and a light to medium body. Distinct baked apple, apricot, tangerine, honey and very tart lemon flavors. Bright acidity and a seductive mineral tasting finish. Delicious paired with the salad, but really shined sipping without food after the dinner. The smooth sultry mouthfeel and extended tartness were outstanding together. Substantial white wine that was light on its feet and proved to be a SUPER summer patio wine. REALLY GOOD white wine that had substance and was a GREAT value.
