Tasting:

He said: Opened two hours before drinking. Opaque, dark inky purple with a light purple rim. Ripe blackberry and plum, leather and lush oak aromas. INTENSE, smooth rich fruity taste and a long, dry, chewy finish. This is really a triple WOW Spanish Duero. Silky smooth, delightful layered tastes and a well balanced lingering finish. OUTSTANDING sipping before dinner and with the steak it turned into a MEMORABLE wine. Truly an OUTSTANDING Spanish red…it was a real treat.

She said: The deep dense purple color reflects the intense aroma and flavor of plum and berry taste. The body is heavy and the feel in the mouth was downright chewy. Smooth, dry and with just the right amount of tannins to tease the palate…this is a fabulous wine. Ray opened the bottle two hours ahead of dinner which no doubt added to the wonderful texture. Absolutely divine with the dinner;, the beef and the wine were in perfect harmony.
