Tasting:

He said: Chilled before opening. Clear, without color. Citrus and heavy honeysuckle aromas. Fruit flavors that turn slightly sweet at mid-palate through the finish with just the slightest hint of dry bitterness at the very end. Although it’s fruity at mid-palate it winds up dry at the end of the finish. It’s fresh, crisp and has a little tang in the taste that really makes it a delicious Riesling. EXCELLENT with the food and sensual drinking along.

She said: Dry but sweet; this wine was great with the dinner and the taste lasted well into the long finish. It was equally good with medium spicy and hot spicy additions to the dinner. It’s full of fruit flavor, dry and excellent with dinner and pleasing after the dinner was gone. With a medium body it was smooth and has delicious taste into the medium long finish. I like it very much…and that’s a strong comment from someone who doesn’t generally like Riesling’s!!!
