Tasting:

She said: Clear with sparse irregular legs that crawled down the glass. Delicate floral aroma leads to tasty mellow flavors of ripe pear. Smooth, slightly creamy on the palate but finishing with a snap of acidity. At first I was just OK with the pairing, but the more I ate and sipped the better the two blended together in lovely harmony each complementing the other. The more I drink these Australian and New Zealand style Pinot Gris the more I like them and this is a good example. The floral elements plus the pear and the acidity in the finish make great sipping as well as great pairing with food.
Comments: Purchased in a Sidney, Australia wine shop and consumed in the Britannia Restaurant on board the Cunard Queen Mary 2.
