Tasting:

She said: Golden color. Clear with well spaced thin briskly moving legs. Mild tropical fruit and apple aromas with a light spicy note that leads to a mouth full of tropical fruit flavors and a medium body with some creaminess and delicious smoothness. The finish is flavorful, smooth, and long.
Comments: Guest taster: This wine had a rich golden color which sparkled. The aroma was fruity, light and hard to identify but pleasant. The taste was really the star with an eggplant, sun dried tomato, Asiago, and roasted garlic spread panini. This wine had a creamy rich taste and leaves a pleasant lingering feel in the mouth. After having a sip, you want to just sit and savor thee flavor that’s so enhanced by the wine.
