Tasting:

She said: Ruby red color with a brown rim, legs abundant, thin, and speedy. A yummy horsey aroma greeted the nostrils and was followed by a light body with lots of horsey flavor that continued into the long finish. Lots going on with this wine making it interesting as it passes over the palette. Soft tannins roll through the mouth and are just enough to enhance the finish without overpowering it. The pork was highly seasoned with garlic, which I love, but the wine stood up well and was delicious with it. I rate it a great pairing and a great wine! The aroma, taste, tannins and finish were all that I could ask for. I usually do not like Beaujolais’ because of their light body but the positives of the wine were so great I forgot my prejudice. The wine was so good I would buy it again in a flash.
