Tasting:

She said: Almost opaque with lots of slender legs moving slowly. Rich, full, fruity aroma with a hint of oak followed by a huge complex flavor of fruit mixed with a taste of minerality. The body is on the big side of medium and the tannins balance the huge flavor without being overwhelming. Dry tasty finish with lingering tannins. The wine was great sipping and was even better with the beef. This was a FABULOUS pairing and I grieved as the last morsel of beef disappeared. Definitely a buy again wine. Although not a bargain, it was an excellent wine.
Comments: Purchased from a Perth, Australia wine shop and consumed in the Britannia Restaurant on board the Cunard Queen Mary 2.
